The Technical and Vocational Education and Training Authority invites bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Teleconference System
Interested bidders may obtain tender documents from the Director General Office, Nairobi, Utalii House,
8th Floor, Utalii Street in person, or against written application.
Attach Bid Bond of 2% of tender sum in the form of Bank Guarantee from a reputable bank or approved insurance company.
Tender documents with detailed information can be obtained from the Downloads Section for free but must notify TVETA of their participation in the tender by emailing their contact details to: info@tveta.go.ke or from Supply Chain Management Office, during normal working hours (Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm) upon payment of a non – refundable cash fee deposit of Ksh.1000.00 per tender document at the cashier’s office, Utalii House,Utalii Street and thereafter obtain an official receipt.
Price quoted must remain valid for One Hundred and Twenty (120) days from the opening date of the Tender.
Completed Tender Documents must be submitted in plain sealed envelopes to the Tender Box on 8th Floor, Utalii House, clearly marked “TENDER NUMBER AND TENDER DESCRIPTION” to THE DIRECTOR GENERAL, TECHNICAL AND VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING AUTHORITY, P.O.BOX 35625-00100 NAIROBI to be received not later than Tuesday 18th May 2021 at 12.00pm.
